Welcome to Neuralith AI Studio — a multi-provider AI chat platform for text, image, and video generation. By using our service at neuralithaistudio.com or via our iOS/Android apps, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
1. Service & Credits
Neuralith AI Studio provides access to AI models from OpenAI (GPT-4o), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, Mistral AI, xAI (Grok), and Moonshot AI (Kimi).
💳 Credit System
Payments processed via RevenueCat. Refunds subject to Apple/Google policies. Credits obtained fraudulently may be revoked.
2. User Obligations
Age 13+ Only
Users under 13 are strictly prohibited.
Lawful Use Only
No illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or explicit material.
Respect IP Rights
Don't generate content infringing others' intellectual property.
No Abuse
No spam, exploits, reverse engineering, or security testing.
Account Security: You're responsible for your credentials. AI Output Accuracy: AI responses may contain errors — review before critical use.
3. Content & Acceptable Use
Your use is governed by each AI provider's Acceptable Use Policy. Sending a prompt to GPT-4o applies OpenAI's policies; to Claude applies Anthropic's policies, etc. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these policies. You are solely responsible for your prompts and how you use AI outputs.
4. Intellectual Property
Subject to each AI provider's terms, you own the AI-generated content from your prompts. The Neuralith name, logo, interface, and software are our exclusive property. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users.
5. Liability & Termination
⚠️ Important Limitations
- Service provided "as is" — no guarantees of accuracy or availability
- Not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or biases in AI outputs
- Not liable for service interruptions from third-party AI provider outages
- Liability limited to amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
Termination by You: Delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. Data removed within 30 days.
Termination by Us: Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without notice. Remaining credits are non-refundable upon termination.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
